Our hosting plan prices depend on number of Apache processes which we provide to the client. One Apache process can serve one user request at a time, two processes can simultaneously serve 2 user requests and so on. The more visitors are using the website the more processes are needed to handle the load. There is no limit on number of processes: you may have thousands of processes which serve millions of visitors, you can just purchase more processes.

Apache processes are securely isolated from other clients' processes. If other clients have a huge visitors spike you will not be affected and your site would keep running smoothly. Also, sometimes client's website scripts may have vulnerabilities and may be hacked. In this case an attacker will not have any access to other clients' sites as clients are completely isolated from each other.

Apache web server is used for dynamic (generated by PHP) content only. Everything else is static content (images, CSS etc.) and served by very fast Nginx web server. This allows us to reduce the number of required Apache processes and dramatically speed up our clients' sites.
